LUCILLE AGATHA KUJAWSKI

Lucille A. Kujawski, age 89, a resident of River’s Bend Health & Rehabilitation
Center, Manitowoc, died Monday evening, Nov. 13, 2006, at River’s Bend,
Manitowoc.
She was born Feb. 5, 1971, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Frank and Anna
(Pilser) Swokoske. She married Oscar Johnsrud in Manitowoc, and he preceded her
in death in 1955. She then married Richard Kujawski on Oct. 12, 1957, at St.
Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on March 31, 2005.
Lucille was employed at National Tinsel Factory and Mirro Aluminum for many
years.
Survivors include a daughter: Ann Kujawski, at home; a stepson: Robert Kujawski,
town of Newton; a daughter-in-law: Marilyn Johnsrud, Manitowoc; three grandchildren:
Julianne (Wayne) Yindra, Port Richey, Fla.; Jim Johnsrud, Sun Prairie; Greg (Tracy)
Johnsrud, Manitowoc; a step-grandson: Jason Kujawski, and fiancee: Kathy Dietche,
Newton; 10 great-grandchildren: Tyler Novak; Travis and Ryan Yindra; Jamie Krause;
Jenny, Justin, Jacky and Madie Johnsrud; Same and Sarah Johnsrud; two nieces:
Barbara Bartleson, Two Rivers; and Joanne Olm, Manitowoc. Other relatives and
friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by a son: James Johnsrud; and a sister and brother-
in-law: Elsie and Glen Berger.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2006, at St. Francis
of Assisi on Grand, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will
be the Rev. Dan Felton, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Francis of Assisi on Grand,
Manitowoc, from 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, 2006, until the time of service at
11:30 a.m.
The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the
family with funeral arrangements.
Lucille’s family wishes to thank the caring staff of River’s Bend for all of their
compassionate support and care over the past 10 years.

Miss Lucille Swokoske and Oscar Johnsrud married on June 17, 1939. Lucille was
left a widow upon Oscar's death in 1955. The widowed Mrs. Lucille Johnsrud
later married Richard S. Kujawski.
