Albert Ladwig, 54, Passes Away At The Two Rivers Hospital
Albert Ladwig, 54, brother of Assist. Police Chief Edward Ladwig and Henry
Ladwig of this city, passed away last night at the Municipal hospital at Two
Rivers. The deceased who had been engaged in farming in the town of Two Rivers,
succumbed to a heart attack. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday after-
noon at 1:30 from the homestead in the town of Two Rivers and at two o’clock
from the St. John’s Lutheran church in Two Rivers.
The deceased was born in this county, January 14, 1875 and has always resided
here, taking up his residence on the Ladwig homestead forty-six years ago. He
never married. Three brothers, Edward and Henry of this city and August of
Watertown, one sister, Mrs. Christ Hendries, this city, and a niece, Miss Emma
Nickels, who resided with the deceased on the homestead, survive.
