MILLIE "MUZZIE" LEET

Mrs. Walter Leet, nee Amelia Bean, died Tuesday evening at the home of her
sister, Mrs. Mary Ryan, of 1614 Washington street, following a lingering
illness. She had made her home with her sister the past four years.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Pfeffer funeral home,
the Rev. Paul Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Leet was born in Manitowoc in 1867 and 52 years ago was married to Walter
Leet. He died several years ago. Until four years ago she resided with her son,
Frank, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Survivors are three sons, Martin of Lyndhurst, N.J., Frank of Hamilton, Lester
of Salem, Mass.; brother, Ben Bean, of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Ryan of
this city and Mrs. “Tillie” Hartung of Minneapolis, who has been here for
several months since her sister was taken seriously ill. There are eight grand-
children and one great-grandchild.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Thursday noon until the hour
of the services.
