Mrs. Donald J. (Jean Marie) Lepsch, 52, of 1901 Waldo Blvd., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 1, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Urbanek and Schlei Fuenral Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Daniel J. Felton and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Lepsch was born April 5, 1930, at Winona, Minn., daughter of the late Hugo F. and Helen Schumacher. She grew up and was educated at Winona, and was a 1952 graduate of St. Theresa College, Winona. She was married to Donald J. Lepsch, May 6, 1971. The couple moved to Manitowoc in October of 1972. Mrs. Lepsch was a member of Holy Innocents Catholic Church, and was a Red Cross volunteer.
Survivors include her husband, Donald J.; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael P. and Karen Maney of Grand Rapids, Mich., John P. Maney of Minneapolis, Minn., and Patrick Maney of LaCrosse, Wis.; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Mary Schumacher of Forest Lake, Minn.; her father-in-law, Emil Lepsch of LaCrosse; three nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday where a prayer service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. by Deacon Paul Kiefer. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
