DEATH CLAIMS FRED LEVERENZ, ILL ONLY 2 WEEKS
Decedent was 67, Had Been Resident of City for Forty-Nine Years
Fred Leverenz, a resident of this city for 49 years, died at his home, 1525
South Fourteenth street, Sunday at the age of 67 years. He had been ill two
weeks, suffering from bronchial pneumonia.
Mr. Leverenz was born in Germany Sept. 13, 1850. He had been an employe of
the Shipbuliding company for years. Besides his wife he is survived by two
children, Alga (sic) and Edward, both residing here.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 from the German Lutheran church, Rev.
Machmiller officiating.
