From Bob Domagalski:
I did find the probate records for Nels Lotten. They are filed as
record #9220 in the Manitowoc County Probate Records. These records
show that Nels Lotten was a resident of the Township of Meeme at his
death but died in the City of Fordville, North Dakota on Sept. 2,
1938. He died leaving a widow [Katherine Lotten] and two children
[Margaret Henschel and Magdalen Lotten, the last of which is 19 years
old and considered a minor.
