LOIS E. MILLER (d. 2001)
Lois E. Miller, age 72, of 4121 Springhill Dive, Manitowoc, died peacefully at
her residence on Thursday morning, April 5, 2001.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 9, 2001, at Pfeffer
Funeral Home, Manitowoc and 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Manitowoc,
Wisconsin. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Roman
Zbieranski, O.F.M. with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Lois was born on January 23, 1929, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late George and
Bernadette Gagnon Eggert Sr. She graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School
with the class of 1947. On June 21, 1952 she married Kenneth Miller at St. Mary's
Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Lois was employed as a nursing aid assistant at Holy
Family Memorial Medical Center for 20 years, retiring in 1985. She was a member
of the Manitowoc Senior Center.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth D. Miller, Manitowoc; three sons and two
daughters-in-law, Craig Miller, Kent and Susan Miller, and Michael and Debra Miller,
all of Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law, Bernadette (Bea) and Bruce Elliott,
Manitowoc, and Anne Marie and Daniel Mueller, Brillion; 13 grandchildren, Benjamin,
Christopher and Nickolas Miller, Jake Miller, Jacqueline, Rebecca, Zachary and
Katherine Miller, Bradley and Alyssa Elliott, Ryan, Sabrina, and Casey Mueller;
brother and sister-in-law, George and Alice Eggert, Manitowoc; two sisters-in-law
and one brother-in-law, Elayne and Clarence Radke and Luella Miller, all of Manitowoc;
special friend, Mary Rohrer, Manitowoc, niece, nephews, other relatives and friends
also survive.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Pfeffer Funeral Home on Sunday,
April 8, 2001, from 4-8 p.m. where a prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. led by
Deacon Robert Drobka.
