CAROL ANN MITCHELL
Carol Ann (Jarosh) Mitchell, age 50, of Tampa, Fla., went to Heaven on Monday,
July 12, 2004, surrounded by her loving family.
A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, July 22, 2004 at The Pfeffer
Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Burial of the cremated remains will follow at Evergreen
Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Carol was born Dec. 21, 1953, in Manitowoc, daughter of Robert and Bernice Jarosh.
Carol flourished for many years in her property management career, due in no
small part to her remarkable way with people. Carol was the mother of two fine
young men, and was an inspiration and a ray of sunshine to her boys and all of
her nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.
Survivors include two sons: Jack and Matt Mitchell, both of Iowa; a granddaughter,
Kaia Mitchell, Iowa; her parents, Bob and Bee Jarosh, Manitowoc; two brothers and
a sister-in-law: Jack (Bridget Hayes) Jarosh, Florida; Bob Jarosh, Manitowoc; two
sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie (Mohammed) Khalil, California; Julie (Peter)
Noel, Florida; nieces and nephews: Maureen, Sean and Patrick Jarosh, Julian Andres,
Lauren and Helena Noel, Nadia, Melissa and Mia Khalil. Carol is further survived
by an amazing array of close friends who, along with her family helped to sustain
her.
The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation
Care Center, Manitowoc, from 11 a.m. Thursday until the time of the memorial
service at 1 p.m.
Carol's family wishes to thank a special man Mr. Daniel Miles, and all of Carol's
friends at Miles' Property Inc. of Atlanta, Ga., the staff at the H. Lee Moffitt
Cancer Center in Tampa and Bridget and Julie, for helping to make her battle with
cancer one she could fight with dignity and her characteristic sense of humor.
