Order for Proof of Will
(First Publication Nov. 17, 1885)
STATE OF WISCONSIN-COUNTY OF MANITOWOC, ss.
Probate Office, Manitowoc. November 23th. A.D. 1885.
In the matter of the proof and Probate of the last will and testament
of Vincent Musil, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc.
Whereas an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and
testament of Vincent Musil, deceased, late of the County of Manitowoc
has been filed in this office; and whereas application has been made
by Anna Musil, praying that the same be proven and admitted to the
Probate according to the laws of this State.
Therefore it is ordered; that said application be heard before me at
the Probate Office in Manitowoc, in said County, on Tuesday, the 8th
day of Dec. A.D. 1885, at ten o'clock, A.M.
And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons
interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by the
publication in the Lake Shore Times, a newspaper printed in said county,
for three successive weeks, once each week prior to the time of such
hearing.
