AMELIA YOUNG

Mrs. Amelia Young, 85, (photo) of 1117 S. Seventh St., Manitowoc,
died Saturday afternoon at the home following a heart attack.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Mittnacht Funeral
Home, Manitowoc, the Rev. Alten McCau?? officiating with burial in
Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Young was born March 1, 1871, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late
Jacob and Wilhelmina Heizinger Koch. She attended First Ward School
and pior to her marrage to Charles Young in 1900 was a seamstress
working first at her home and for six years at a tailor shop at
Kaukauna. Her husband died in 1946.
Mrs. Young was born at the residence at 1117 S. Seventh St., where
she lived her entire life with the exception of the six years spent
at Kaukauna. She was a former member of the Eagles Auxiliary.
Only survivors are numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Tuesday until 2 p.m.
Wednesday.
