She was the daughter of Robert H. and Lila (Richardson) Snow.
She never married.In 1929, Coney Island's sideshow impresario Sam Wagner presented two pinheads from Georgia billed as Pip and Zip. The microcephalics were sisters. He paid their families $75 a week which was a landfall for the family during the Depression. While Pip only had the intelligence of an 18 month old baby, her sister was considerably brighter. Zip had the intelligence of a five year old. They were billed as Pip and Flip - pinheads from Peru. The Snow sisters became one of Coney Islands greatest attractions during the depression. They were featured in the 1932 movie "Freaks"
