Pauline E. Ilgenfritz, 91, died Friday, June 13, 2003 at 4:45 p.m. at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Alvin C. Ilgenfritz.

Born February 6, 1912 in Hellam Township, York County, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Della (Seiple) Ely. She was a member of Fairmount United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Fern J. Fickes of York; two sons, Nelson H. Ilgenfritz of Valley Center, Calif. and Donald D. Ilgenfritz of York; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Isabel Luke of Wrightsville and Treva Linebaugh of York. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Delores P. Ilgenfritz and a son, A. Richard Ilgenfritz.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 17th at 1 p.m. at Fairmount United Methodist Church, 5835 Furnace Road, York. Rev. William L. McNeal, her pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Highmount Cemetery. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at the church.

Etzweiler Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1111 East Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Fairmount United Methodist Church, 5835 Furnace Road, York, PA 17406.
