Amelia M. Esser, 86, of 809 5th Ave. S., died at her home Saturday morning.
She is survived by one son, Andrew B. Esser of La Crosse; four grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Hulda Tetzlaff of Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, and an infant daughter.
Mrs. Esser was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Mary's Parish.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. from the Schumacher Funeral Home, 75h and Winnebago Streets and 8 a.m. from St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. William L. Mooney officiating. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 3 to 5 p.m. and in the evening from 7 to 9 p.m. the Rosary to be at 8 p.m.
