In July of 2009, Lester became a resident of the Four Seasons Health Care Center, Forman, ND. At 88 years of age, Lester passed away on December 21, 2009, at the Four Seasons Health Care Center. ND,
He is survived by a sister, Delores Fletcher, a sister-in-law, Shirley Bergeman; six nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews and cousins. Lester was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Lawrence Bergeman.
