He married Charlotte (Braun) on April 16, 1966, in Victoria.
He worked a number of years in construction before working for the Road and Bridge Department of Ellis County for 23 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of St. Fidelis Catholic Church, 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus and 4th Degree Assembly Knights of Columbus, all of Victoria.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, John Weber and wife, Kami, Victoria, Jason Weber and wife, Tammy, Goddard; two brothers, Richard Weber and wife, Diana, Victoria, and Mitchell Weber and wife, Julie, Hays; a sister, Roben Weber, Hutchinson; two sisters-in-law, Rosie Weber, Hays, and Karen Weber, Victoria; his father-in-law, Peter J. Braun, Victoria; six grandchildren, Grant Weber, Kali Weber, Kassi Weber, Tanner Weber, Hannah Weber and Haleigh Weber.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Brian Weber and Herman V. Weber; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Weber.
Burial in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria, with military honors by the Victoria Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 1751.
