Important new information about Zemri Lamb. Cynthia Davis requested a divorce in 1862 in Parke County, Indiana, stating that he was in a relationship with her half-sister Sarah Davis. I have not been able to determine exactly who Sarah is because there are many women with that name in the area. Zemri reportedly had children with Sarah, and this may explain some of the confusion about overlapping birth dates for some of the children. He may have committed bigamy using a different name to marry Sarah Davis.
