Mrs. Mary Danielson of 627 East Washington Street died yesterday afternoon at 4:00 O'clock aged 75 years, 11 months and 3 days. The cause of her death was heart failure and Bright's disease, from which she had been suffering for the past eight weeks. The Funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 O'clock at the house, burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mary Ehrman was born near Lancaster, Ohio, March 26, 1826. On January 2, 1839 (1840), she was married to Jared Danielson. In 1874 they came to Illinois and settled at Cuba. In 1875 they moved into McDonough county and lived on a farm until 1888, when they came to Macomb.
Of this union 13 children were born, nine of whom are still living- five boys and four girls. They are Moses of Fulton County, Robert of Los Angeles, California, Samuel of California and John and George of this city; Mrs. Rachael Baker of Ohio, Mrs. Mary Hesh of Peoria, and Mrs. Sarah Conger and Mrs. Charles Randolph of this city.
Deceased also leaves, besides her children, her husband Jared Danielson and two half-brothers, Samuel Frost of this city and John Frost of Cuba, Illinois, and also one sister, Mrs. Liza Mamon of Cuba, Illinois.
Deceased was a member of the United Brethren Church for a good many years.
