Mrs. Esther May Guise, 53, wife of John W. Guise, died early yesterday morning at her home, rear 270 East Main Street, Plymouth, after a lingering illness.
A life resident of the West Side borough, Mrs. Guise leaves a host of friends to mourn her passing. She was a member of Elm Congregational Church and the Ladies' Bible Class of Christian Church, Plymouth.
In addition to her husband, who is an employe at the Lance No. 11 Colliery, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Jennie Jenkins of Plymouth.
The funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2:30 from the funeral home, 114 West Main Street, Plymouth, with Rev. W. C. B. Hickman of Elm Congregational Church officiating. Burial will be in Shawnee Cemetery.
