Chas. Potter Dead.
Chas. Potter, living south of here in the territory, upon whom Doctors Clark, Dobson and Hall performed an operaation for Appendicitis, something over one week ago, died at 2 o'clock Monday morning.
He had been suffering for sometime and his life was despaired of, and the operation was performed as a last resort; he stood the operation well and seemed to get better but his system was too weak to rally.
He was 20 years of age and unmarried. He was well thought of and had lived mother and brother. The interment took place in the new cemetery Monday afternoon.
