Wednesday Rites Arranged for Mary Ellen Ford

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ellen Ford, 84, of 930 Hiram, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Culbertson Mortuary.

The Rev. J. A. Barber, pastor of McPherson Church of God, will officiate.

Mrs. Ford died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital. She was born March 30, 1877, in Indiana. She came to Wichita from Coolidge, Kan., in 1902. She was a member of West Side Evangelical United Brethren Church.

Survivors include her husband, Otis N.; two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Vredenburg, 2205 McCormick, and Mrs. Minnie Walker, South Gate, Calif.; four sons, Edward, 4512 W. Harry, Earl, 146 S. Custer, Raymond, 4520 W. Harry, and Vernon, Compton, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Barber, 1955 S. Sedgwick, and Mrs. Josephine Blue, Protection, Kan.; a brother, the Rev. Edward Caster, 236 S. Fern; 28 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
