Walter Collins, 38, of 12 Margaret Street, died at the Physicians hospital yesterday noon following a five weeks illness.

Mr. Collins was a veteran of the War War and a member of the local chapter of the American Legion. He served with the American Expeditionary Forces in France.

Besides the widow, Mrs. Emaline Collins, he is survived by two children, a son, Thomas, 12, and a daughter, Elizabeth, 6; one brother, Harry Collins of Bath, N. Y., and five sisters, Mrs. Ernest Myers of this city, Mrs. Margaret Kane of Burlington, Mrs. Anna Fox of Burlington, Mrs. Mamie Critchio of Albany and Mrs. Esther Butler of Montreal.

Funeral services will be held from St. John's Church in this city Thursday morning at nine o'clock.
