Mrs. Janice Poston Cox HEMINGWAY- Mrs. Janice Poston Cox, 65, wife of Kenneth "Randy" Cox, died Sunday, September 23, 2012, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence. Mrs. Cox was born January 11, 1947, in Pamplico, SC, a daughter of the late Jack Poston and Ina Calhoun Poston. She was a 1967 graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School and was employed with General Electric of Florence for 33 years. Mrs. Cox was a member of Rehobeth Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving include: her husband, Kenneth "Randy" Cox of the home in Hemingway; son, Joshua Ryan Cox of Charleston Air Force Base, Charleston; three sisters, Iris (George) Conoly of Elgin, Deborah (Marvin) Fink of Batesburg and Shirley (Billy) Phillips of Lamar; four brothers, Morris (Iris) Poston of Korea, Van (Kim) Poston of Augusta, GA, Royce (Bretta) Poston of Norman, OK and Boyce (Janice) Poston of Louisville, KY; two sisters-in-law, Patricia (BH) Rader of Charleston and Dianne (Dan) Tanner of Asheboro, NC; and two brothers-in-law, Mike (Sandra) Cox and Dowie (Hilda) Cox, both of Pamplico. She was predeceased by a sister, Jacqueline Poston; father-in-law, Marion Cullen Cox and sister-in-law, Edna Faye Cox. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at Rehobeth Pentecostal Holiness Church, Hemingway. Burial, directed by Carolina Funeral Home of Scranton, will follow in the Old Johnsonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at Rehobeth Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1597 Cow Head Road, Hemingway, SC and other times at the home of Mrs. Nina Cox, 855 N. Main Street, Hemingway, SC.
