Ollie was the youngest child born to Hiram H. Amburgey and Leodicy Adams Amburgey. She married Hiram Pigman on May 22, 1915. They had one child, Jewel Pigman.

According to her TX death certificate, she was a widowed housekeeper. 72 years, 9 months and 29 days old at the time of death, she died of heart disease. The informant was her daughter, Mrs. Jewel Slaughter.
