FUNERAL RITES

Funeral Rites Mrs. T. B. Brantley, 94, known to her friends as Miss Addie, end one of this city's most beloved residents, died this morning In a Macon hospital after having been In ill health for several weeks. Native of Hancock.County and the former Miss .Addie Garrett, she taught In the former county and in Dublin, here in 1906. She was the widow of Thomas Benjamin Brantley, a pioneer member of the First Methodist Church, the oldest member and one of tho most devout. Affiliated with every department of the church she was a member of the Celestla Smith Bible Class and never missed a day attending until about/three years ago. She was also prominent in the WSCS and other divisions of the church as well as being a member of tho Oconee Chapter, United Daughters of the Confederacy. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at C. Homer Adams Chapel. Burial will be in Norlhview Cemetery and Adams Funeral Home is in charge.
