CHADWELL Donna Lee Chadwell (nee Poling), 81, of Worthington, Ohio, passed away on June 9, 2009 at Highbanks Care Center. She was a member of the Worthington United Methodist Church, Worthington Women's Club, Worthington Songsters, York Golf Club and a member of The OSU President's Club. She was preceded in death by her husband Glenn Allen Chadwell. She is survived by four sons, Steven (Leslie), Randy (Sharon), Mike (Jane), David (Malayna); ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be 9-11 a.m. Friday, June 12 at the Worthington United Methodist Church with the service to follow at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Donna's name to the Worthington United Methodist Church.
