Isaac N. Griffith, for a number of years a groceryman in Muncie, died at his home, 1819 East Sixth street, Whitely, Sunday, after an illness extending over a period of two years. He served during the Civil War, a private in Company A. Second Ohio volunteer, heavy artillery. The deceased is survived by the widow, five sons and two daughters. The funeral services were conducted from the residence Tuesday afternoon. Interment was made in Beech Grove cemetery.
