Leonard Anderson, 71, a native of Canoe, AL and resident of Fairhope, AL died Thursday, October 4, 2012. Mr. Anderson is a retired sergeant serving 35 years in the United States Army. He is also retired from Kimberly Clark. Mr. Anderson was a member of the Robertsdale Pentecostal Holiness Church and loved to play the guitar and listen to gospel music. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Ann Anderson. Mr. Anderson was survived by his sons, Thomas Anderson and Christopher (Wendy) Anderson of Fairhope, Al, five sisters, Florence Blair, Jewel Anderson, Evadale Blankenship, Ruth Cato, all of Pensacola, FL and Betty Hancock of Knoxville, TN, 5 grandchildren, Phillip Hogue, Douglas Anderson, Kristin Anderson, Christopher Anderson, II, and Krystal Anderson. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 8, 2012 at 2 PM at Mack Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service. Interment will be held in Wynn Cemetery, Summerdale, AL.
