He was born on Feb. 19, 1940, in Princeton to Ivan and Eunice (Winship) Hade.
Surviving him are his sisters, Sharon (Michael) Menold of Princeville and Laura Smith of Olympia, Wash.; niece, Kara (Brad) Martin of Bloomington; nephews, Ryan (Shari) Menold and Derek (Wendy) Menold, all of Princeville; and his special friend, Susan Long of Peoria.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his adoptive father, Oscar Smith.
Bradley worked for Caterpillar Inc. for 47 years. He retired in 2010.
He served in the United States Army, where he was stationed in Germany from 1962 to 1965.
He also attended Our Savior's Chapel in Peoria.
Interment will be in Putnam Township Cemetery.
