LeFaive's Corners -- Monday morning last Mr. Henry Downer of LeFaive's Corners passed away at the age pf 84 years. Mr. Downer came to this country some 66 years ago from the county of Cavan, Ireland.
He spent most of his early years in and around Peterborough. In 1991 he moved to Tiny and for seven years resided in Lafontaine neighborhood. For the past 19 years he had resided at LeFaive's corners.
The deceased leaves a widow, four daughters and four sons to mourn his death, Henry, John and William of Tiny, and Charles of Detroit; Mrs. A. Smith, Mrs. Jas. Dewell of Penetanguishene, Mr.s Jas. McConnell of Tiny, and Mrs. H. Nailor of Ops Township. Besides the above, Mr. downer leaves thirty-three grand children ald eleven great grand children.
The remains were interred in St. Jame' cemetery. Penetanguishene Herald.
