Mitchell first appears in the Lowell City Directory in 1874, occupation Driver. In 1880 he was living in Fall River, Mass. He returned to Lowell by 1919, the location given in his brother Charles's obit. In 1920 he was living with Jennie in Lowell, working as a loom fixer in a cotton mill. There may not be a gravestone for Henry and Jennie.
