Leona Lemons Hall, age 84, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday in a local hospital. Mrs. Hall was the daughter of the late Grace Jane Vaughn Sneed and John Melton Sneed. Her husband, James W. Lemons, her son, John M. Scroggins, her great grand daughter, Julianne Hembree, her sisters, Enorth Myers, Evaline Brown and her brother, Buddy Sneed also preceded her in death. Mrs. Hall enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable garden, cooking, fishing and going for rides. She was a loving wife, a caring mom and a great granny to all her grand kids. Mrs. Hall attended the Church of God.

Survivors include her daughters, Anna Ruiz and Grace Mize and her husband Gene both of Cleveland, her sons, James Lemons and his wife Debbie also of Cleveland and Roy Lee Scroggins and his wife Edith of Birchwood, 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, her sisters, Opal Shipp of Brunswick, Georgia, Lorimae Davis of Cleveland and her brother, Donald Sneed also of Cleveland. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Friday morning at 10:00 from the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Reverend Margie Poteet officiating. Interment will follow in the Earls Cemetery with grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P. M. Thursday at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.
