KOSALKA, Wojciech and Noah - It is with profound sadness the family announce the sudden passing of a son and father on September 8, 2012. Loving son , and husband of Tanya Brancalion. Cherished grandson of Rick and Violetta Brancalion along with Stanislaw and Romana Kosalka. Wojciech and Noah leave behind many family and friends both here and in Poland. Friends will be received at the Glen Oaks Chapel and Reception Centre 3164 Ninth Line Oakville.
