I was born in Stewart County, TN, but left when I was 17 years old. I still consider Stewart County as home in the USA but, have lived most of my life in Germany.
I have been researching my family history for the past 40 years and my interests are:
Vaughan, Ezell, Lewis, Greenhill, Mann, Griffin,
Jewell, Morgan, Cherry, McGregor, Hooks, Morris, Bolton, Pegram, Coleman, Ferrell, Atkins, Luton, and Harris.

Many of my ancestors arrived in Stewart County in the early 1800's and by 1860 all of them were residents of Stewart County. They came from North Carolina and Virginia.
