Charles Logan Rominger was the fifth of seven known children of Isaac James Rominger (1842-1918) and his second wife, Mary Elizabeth Knotts Rominger (1850-1916), who married 20 Feb 1870 at Bartholomew County, Indiana. Prior to marrying Mary, Isaac had been married to Almira (Elmira?) Ellen White Rominger (1848-1868) on 05 Sep 1865 at Orange County, Indiana, with whom he had an additional two children.
Charles married Laura Etta Sharp (1877-1963) on 15 Feb 1905 in presumably Indiana. Charles and Laura were the parents of five known children, namely:
1. Harley Morris Rominger (1906-1975)
2. Eva Marie Rominger Benefiel (1911-1983)
3. Eugene Rominger (1913-1913)
4. Orice LeVaughn Rominger (1917-1983)
5. Lindle Logan Rominger (1920-1994)
