He was born on September 12, 1902 in Eaton Rapids to Brook and Myrtle (Garrison) Fuller.
He attended Greenwood and Ionia public schools and was a retired employee of Old Ionia Pottery and a self-employed carpenter.
He married Dorothy Ogden in June 1920 and she preceded him in death in December 1967. He then married Beth Colley in 1969 and she preceded him in death in 1983.
He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
