W. G. MILLER DIES SUDDENLY AT IOWA HOME

---William Glen Miller, 55, who formerly lived in the LaPlata vicinity, died suddenly at his home in Ainsworth, Ia., Monday morning about five o'clock. He suffered from a heart ailment and had been hospitalized in Washington, Ia., a few days before recently returning home.
---The son of John and Leona Miller, he was born in Downing on January 13, 1900. He was married to Mabel Shoemaker of LaPlata, in January, 1924. Five children also survive. They are Louis and Roy Dean, and Mrs. John (Betty) Hixon, of Ainsworth, Ia., Mrs. Ross (Wilma) Craig and Mrs. Clifford (Wanda) Parcell, of Washington, Ia. Three grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters also survive. Victor, LeRoy and Letha Miller, all of Kirksville, Mrs. Barton (Frankie) Davison, of LaPlata, and Mrs. Tressie Green, of Canton.
---His parents and one daughter, Ruby, preceded him in death.
---The family lived on a farm in the Illinois Bend neighborhood before moving to Ainsworth where Mr. Miller was engaged in farming and had been school custodian.
---The body was taken to the Jones Funeral Home in Washington, Ia., where services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1:20. Burial will be in the Ainsworth cemetery.
