Lynn Max 'Andy' Anderson

Lynn Max (Andy) Anderson, 73, went to his eternal rest after a lengthy illness on October 26, 2010 at Peak Care Center in Longmont, CO. He was born May 4, 1937, at home, in eastern Weld County, CO to John Elic Anderson and Edna Belle (McCluer) Anderson.
Andy was a proud graduate of Grover High School class of 1955. He was US Army veteran. He served most of his tour in Germany and traveled throughout Europe in the late 1950's. Andy was a big fan of the PRCA rodeos and Professional Bull Riding. He was a diesel engine and truck mechanic.
In 1960 he married Karen Darlington. They have four children: Lynda Anderson of Lyons, CO, Marvin Anderson of Longmont, CO, David Anderson and his wife Phoebe of Gillette, WY and Krysta Reilly and her husband Kenneth of Longmont, CO.
He is also survived by his sisters Kate Kearney of Loveland, CO and Evelyn Everhart and her husband Dennis of Sterling, CO and his brothers Kenneth and his wife Helen of Wiggins, CO and Keith Anderson and his wife Hanorah of Longmont, CO. Andy has seven grandchildren and one great grandson.
Andy was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Marvin.
Interment will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, meet at Staging Area B. A memorial service will follow at 2:30 PM on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, Longmont. Memorial contributions may be made to Grover School Alumni Association or Alcoholics Anonymous.
