Henry Wacek, 92, a former resident of Francis Creek, died Saturday morning, November 1, 1986 at Holy Family Medical Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Monday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and 2 pm at St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. Donald Schneider will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Wacek was born July 5, 1894 in the town of Kossuth, son of the late Frank and Anna Shusta Wacek. He married Anna Novachek, June 29, 1921, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. The couple then operated the Wacek Homestead Farm. His wife preceded him in death July 24, 1955. Mr. Wacek retired in 1969. He was a former member of Farm Bureau and was a resident of Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc, the past six years.
Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Clara and Clarence Lensmeyer of Whitelaw; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter and two infant granddaughters.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, 12 noon Monday until the time of services. There will be no Sunday evening visitation at the Funeral Home.

NOVACHEK-WACEK
Miss Anna Novachek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wencel Novachek of Morrison and Henry Wacek of Kossuth were married at the Catholic church at Kellnersville at 9 o'clock this morning. Rev. Father Yunda of Chicago officiating at the wedding ceremony. Miss Mayme Stelzer and John Scharfacl were the attending couple. A reception was held at the home of the bride's parents where a wedding dinner was served. Mr. and Mrs. Wacek will make their home on a farm.
