GREENDALE, WI - Jack E. Baumgardner, 80, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012.
Jack was born in Ashland, IL. on December 25, 1931, to Marie (nee Ellis) and Stanley Baumgardner.
He graduated from Elkhart, IL High School in 1949. He spent several years in Fancy Prairie, IL, then moved to Springfield, IL with his parents, where he worked as the shipping and receiving manager at Sears for 40 years. He married Jean Rae Isham on March 20, 1955 and in 1957 their son was born. Jack and his wife moved to Greendale, WI in November 2009.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Jean Rae; son, Dr. Dennis J. Baumgardner and his, wife Mary K. Baumgardner; his grandsons, Mark (Monica), John, Nick and Andy Baumgardner; his granddaughters, Anne (Andy) Jones, Katie Baumgardner and Jean (Chris) Hallberg and by his two great-grandsons, Noah and Caleb.
Burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Springfield, IL. on Thursday June 21, 2012 with prayer service at 1 pm in the cemetery chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Camillus Foundation, 10101 West Wisconsin Ave. Wauwatosa, WI 53226.
