Mrs. Eisenbraun, affectionately known as "Vange," was born Aug. 14, 1931, in Struthers, a daughter of Paul and Stella (Bailey) Ellis.
She was a graduate of Struthers High School and worked for Sears in the extended maintenance
department, retiring in the mid 90s.
She was an active member of the Boardman Baptist Church and its Ladies Fellowship group. Mrs. Eisenbraun had a lifelong love for music and singing. She was in a trio and was featured on the radio in the 50s. She later was in a trio with her sister, Edith and sister-in-law, Nancy. Vange also shared her love of music with her church, playing the organ and singing in the choir.
Her husband, Carl H. Eisenbraun, whom she married June 3, 1951, died Sept. 1, 2005.
She is survived by her sons, Rex Eisenbraun of Struthers and Russ (Teresa) Eisenbraun of Marion, N.C.; four grandchildren, Tristan, Tray, Alaric and Karl Eisenbraun; two sisters, Ollamae Canfield of Pomona, Calif. and Mariam Downing of Cortland; and two brothers, Dewey (Dee) Ellis and Daniel (Nancy) Ellis , both of Greenville, S.C.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister, Edith Stiles; and brothers, LaValle and Lake Ellis.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Cunningham-Becker Funeral Home in Poland with Pastor Dennis Massie officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Park Cemetery.
