"WILLIAMSPORT - Mrs. Grace L. Hess, 78, a native of Warren County and resident of Williamsport, died at 3:30 a.m. Saturday in Danville Care, Danville, Illinois. She had been ill two and a half years. A member or Rocky Dale Chapter 111 of Order of the Eastern Star in Williamsport, she was first married to Albert Brown, who died in 1915. Her second marriage was to Lewis A. Hess in 1920. He died in 1940. The former Grace Hillyer, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Glenn C. Staggs of Hillcrest Heights, Md.; a son, Lorenze Brown of Williamsport; and a brother, Kenneth A. Hillyer.
