Mrs. Herbert (Betty J. Cochran. 50. of 57 Benton Dr died at 3:40 a.m. Saturday Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Cochran was born in Macon County, a daughter of Clinton G. and Nina Piper Park. She was a member of Boiling Springs Church of God. She was a seamstress for Van Law Carol's Clothing Store for nine years. She married Herbert Cochran June 7, 1942 in Warrensburg.
Surviving are her husband; son, Jay of Decatur; sister, Mrs. scar ( Juanita) Plummer of Maroa: brother. Willard Park of Warrensburg; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton G. Park.
Two children and one sister preceded her in death.
