Betty Jo Armstrong, one-day-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.P. Armstrong, 131 First street, Phillips, died at Pantex hospital early Sunday morning.

Graveside rites were held Monday afternoon with the Rev. Amos R. Meador, pastor of the Nazarene church officiating. Interment was in Highland Park cemetery under the direction of the Blackburn-Shaw-Brown Funeral home.

Besides the parents, survivors are one brother, Clytee, eight sisters, Mrs. Fred King, Lodema, Jeanette, Shirley Ann, Barbara Jean, Wanda Sue, Ruby Catherine and Sharon Kay, all of Phillips; maternal grandmother, Mrs. A.J. Estes, Phillips; and paternal grandfather, W.W. Armstrong, Stonewall, Okla.
