Brother to siblings, Patricia Ann Smith, John Phillip Hartman, Jr., Donald Ray Hartman, and Brenda Joyce Smith. He is survived by many friends and relatives.
Rickey was killed while working at Atlas Bradford in a tragic accident.
Rickey is my brother. He and I, being the youngest of the siblings, were extra close. He had a great sense of humor, was always respectful and never let a friend down. He is missed by the people who knew and loved him. I truly miss him.
