WILLIE R. HARRIS
Willie R. Harris, 80, of Greenwood in Jackson County, died today at his home. He was born in Tarsney in Jackson County and had lived in this area all his life.
He was a World War I Veteran, and a member of the American Legion. Mr. Harris was a retired farmer. He was a Baptist.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mildred A. Harris of the home; a son, Milton; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Prather and Mrs. Gertrude Trevathan; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1:30p.m. Saturday at Lee's Summit Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. at Langsford Chapel, Lee's Summit.
