E. E. Mauck Dies at 57

Elbert E. Mauck, 57, died suddenly at his home in Evansville Sunday afternoon. He had been in poor health for some time.

Born in Coryton, Ind., on July 7, 1898, Mr. Mauck moved to Scottsbluff, Neb., where he lived until 1940. He had lived in Casper since that year. He had held jobs as a construction worker and as a cemetery worker.

He is survived by his wife, Laura; three daughters - Doris Mauck, Dakota, Calif.; Mrs. nadine Pate, Kansas City, Kan., and Mrs. Darlene Wilcox, Evansville - and two sons, Wayne R. Mauck, Albeville, La., and Cpl. Vernon C. Mauck, Ft. Lewis, Tex.

Also surviving are four sisters - Mrs. Lula Bruce, San Diego; Mrs. Lorene McAllister, Buffalo; Mrs. Leona Wenz, Oakland, Calif., and Cora Rhanor, Bryan, Mich. - and four brothers, Burel, Sheridan; Earl, Mitchell, Neb., and Raymond and Albert, Council, Idaho.

Two brothers, two sisters and one daughter preceded Mr. Mauck in death.

Tentative plans call for services at the Bustard Home on Thursday, with interment in Casper.
