Funeral services for Mrs. Ina Mae Duncan, 84, of Vicksburg, MS will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, October 10, 2005 at Lamar Baptist Church south of Delhi, LA. Rev. Pat Lofton will officiate. Interment will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.
Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:30AM Monday at Cox Funeral Home in Delhi and from Noon until service Monday at Lamar Baptist Church.
Mrs. Duncan died Saturday at River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg following a brief illness. She was a longtime resident of the Central Community in Franklin Parish, LA until ill health forced her moving to Vicksburg to be near family. She is preceded in death by the father of her children Ross Sidney McHenry and her second husband, Amos Duncan and by her parents, Charles Marshall Bullock and Mary Lola Lane Bullock.
She is survived by eight children, Elric Newell McHenry and wife Doris Jean (D.J.) of Friendswood, TX, Ross Leroy McHenry and wife Judith of El Lago, TX, Carroll Delaney McHenry and wife Martha of Dallas, TX, Dewanna Eileen Blake and husband, Jerry of Vicksburg, MS, Allen McHenry and wife Brenda of Griffin, GA, Timothy Wayne McHenry and wife Amy of Round Rock, TX, Donnie LaRue McHenry of Marietta, GA and Maita Darlene McHenry of Monroe, LA and by two sisters, Mary Christelle McHenry of Crystal Springs, MS and Lola Belle Milling, of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
