Florene Adams of Fayetteville, Georgia, died December 1, 2008. Mrs Adams was the daughter of the late Robert Hamilton "Bob" Huddleston and Emily Missouri Pope.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Estese Adams and daughter, Betty Thomas. She is survived by her daughters, Jan & Jim Hutto and Shirley and Gene Horton of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Len and Craig Patton, Clay (Bo) and Charlotte Trammell, Melanie Trammell, Tim and Barby Trammell, Adam and Kim Horton, and Shannon and Dawn Horton; fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Shelly of Thomaston, GA, Linda Blanchard of Fayetteville; brother, Kenneth & Anita Huddleston of Americus, GA; sister-in-law, Carolyn Huddleston, and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services held Wednesday, December 3 at Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Priester and Rev. Jerry Cross officiating. Burial at Westminster Memorial Gardens. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, in charge of arrangements.
