Son of Henry Richard Ahrendt Sr and his wife Mary Foley. Died an accidental death at age 19 yrs 4 mos and 14 days. He was run over by a truck that had lost it's brakes and started to roll and was heading toward a woman crossing the street pushing a baby carriage. He ran and knocked the woman and baby carriage out of the way but was hit by the truck in doing so and the truck ran over him and killed him on the spot. He died a hero.
