Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Habecker-Derrick funeral home for Mrs. Mary A. Burdick, 76, who died Monday morning at Madison General Hospital. Rev. William Geren officiated and burial was in Homer, Ill. Mrs. Burdick was born June 11, 1874, and was the wife of the late Clarence Burdick, and employee of the city of Lake Geneva until his death 10 years ago. Mrs. Burdick was a resident of Lake Geneva until five years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Georgia Burdick, Madison, and a son Marion, Chicago. Transcribed by the Homer Historical Society
